Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7 days from the delivery date. In order to qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same state as when you received it. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, some products, such as close fitting clothing and certain adult toys, are not eligible for return.
To begin returns, please contact us Request a return authorization (RA) number. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using traceable shipping methods to ensure delivery. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the purchase price, minus any shipping and handling fees.

Refund Policy:

If the item you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us by Request replacement or refund within 1 working day after receiving the order. We may request photos or other documents to assist with the return process.

If the return is due to our mistake or defective product, we will bear the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect order, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to process and will be processed according to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
